Quick Steps to Order from Site

Click BUY button for each item you wish to buy, Item will be added to shopping cart on top.
Click CHECKOUT button on top to proceed.
Login/Create Account: If you are existing customer you can login or create new account information for billing.
Select Shipping Details
Select Payment Details
Review all information and Click Confirm Order

Steps to place order from Sunrom.com

Click on "Buy Now" button for all products you like to purchase. This will add the item to your Shopping Cart. Your cart will show you the quantity of the items ordered. In your Shopping Cart you can change the quantity of items you have ordered..
Once you finalize your shopping, Click on "Shopping Cart" link or "Checkout" button on top of site.
In shopping cart page you can see all products you selected to purchase
Enter quantity for each product you would like and click "Update" Button
Click "Checkout" button.
If you are a new user register your self or enter your "user id" and "password" and click "login" button
Select the shipping method and continue
Select the payment method you prefer
If you wish to pay online, make the payment with Credit Card / Debit Card or PayPal
If you wish to pay offline, select other methods.
Confirm the order buy Clicking "Confirm order" button.
Now your Order is placed and you will get Email Confirmation for the order

If you do not wish to place order from our site, You can Email us list of items with model numbers and quantities. We will generate quotation with ordering details in PDF format and email you quickly.

Domestic Orders (within India)

Shipping within India will usually be by Air Courier of First Flight Courier or Overnite Express. They usually delivers next day if all metro cities, Other places may take in 2-3 days. We might have to ship by registered post/speed post if your area if not covered by courier. Once your order is shipped, we provide courier details by email so you can track your package from courier's site.

Shipping charges will be automatically added to your order, based on weight of items starting from Rs.100/-.

International Orders (outside India)

For reliable and trackable method, with shortest delivery time, please select courier service DHL(Starts from $40 USD) during ordering. Faster delivery will be obtained using DHL (5-7 days in transit). This usually results in reliable and trackable packages, savings transist time.

With all shipping methods, the quoted times are best-case. In the real world, we find that shipments may often be delayed by Customs processing in the receiving country. Customs processing in your country may require you pay duty or tax before you collect your parcel - if your local postal delivery service has problems contacting you the parcel may remain undelivered in your country until this is resolved.

Be aware that your country may charge you import duties or taxes on your order. You are responsible for these taxes or fees. We have no control over any charges that may be imposed by your country. In particular, we cannot mark your order as a "Gift", since it is not. However, if you have suggestions for how to accurately describe the contents so as to minimize any import taxes, please let us know.
